We are excited to launch a new year of the AIA Sh|BJ mentorship program in 2023!

Interested candidates should be willing to commit the time and energy to allow a successful and valuable mentorship experience.  We anticipate a one-on-one mentorship program that will last approximately 12 months with the aim of connecting Emerging Professionals with leaders in the AIA Shanghai community.  Interests and topics of discussions will vary greatly and be dependent on the mentee to prepare and guide the process. We encourage in-person meetings, but remote/digital can also be considered.
