Nov. 5 | AIA Shanghai x ROCA Shanghai: Theme Parks in China

Join the American Institute of Architects for an exciting talk with some experts on the development of entertainment and theme parks within China at ROCA Shanghai Gallery this Friday, 5th November. 

The event will talk about new developments and trends of theme park and entertainment design, the changing demographics of the Chinese population, and how architecture caters to this evolving trend with the assistance of foreign firms and local developers.  Items that will be discussed within this format include the changing demographics of the target audience and its disposable income, architectural theming, marketing strategies, and experiential planning issues, conflicts, and difficulties with development within China. 

The event will be held at ROCA Shanghai Gallery and broadcast online primarily in English.
